The western most place and bordering Zambaless is a mountainous olace. Immigreants use to hike from the town proper to this mountainous place. They are even barefooted because it is slippery. They olanted rot crops that is best suited to grow. These groups of people came from Zambales crossing the mountain. They are short with curly hair. Some are natives while others called them Aetas. Pangasinense and Kapampangan usually greet them as “paapaa” or in Ilocano barefooted. Aetas or or native love to come down to town proper of Camiling to barter their root crops. Since they are barefooted coming up and the mountain thaye are often paapaa up and down they have the difficulty to say the word they pronounce it as Papaac instead of Paapaa up and down. This is Barangay Papaac.
