- Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for the Local Scholarship Program, applicants must meet the following minimum qualifications:

- Applicants must be natural-born Camileños, meaning either one or both parents are from Camiling.
- Academic Excellence:

- Graduating elementary pupils and senior high school students who belong to the top 10 (not top 10%) of their graduating class are eligible.
- A general weighted average (GWA)of at least 86% is required from Grades 1 to 6 and from Grades 7 to 12.
- No grade lower than 80 in any subject during the given school year.
- Financial Need:

- Applicants must be indigent, with a gross family income not exceeding Php 120,000.00 per annum.

- Documentary Requirements
Applicants must submit the following documents along with their application:
- Form 138 (Report Card): A copy of the most recent report card.
- SF10: School Form 10 (formerly Form 137), which provides information on the student’s academic performance.
- Certification from the School Principal: A document verifying that the applicant belongs to the Top Ten in their graduating class.
- Certificate of Good Moral Character: A letter from the school attesting to the applicant’s positive character.
- Certificate of Indigency from Barangay: Proof of financial need.
- Diploma: If applicable, a copy of the high school diploma.
